I was happy with the hardware. It feels sturdy, looks nice, and doesn’t seem cheaply made. For the price, it’s just decent to get something that actually feels like it was made with care.

I ordered from hiddencult.com and figured it would take a while to get here, but it ended up being way quicker than I expected.
I got the tracking info fast, and the package showed up just a few days later. Everything was packed nicely too, so no complaints there.

Mostly just wanted to mention how fast the shipping was because it kind of surprised me. Did anyone else have theirs arrive that quickly? I’d definitely order again...

I really wanted to like the whole experience, but the overseas shipping took forever. I was waiting for weeks and didn’t really get clear updates, which was frustrating. I mean, the item did finally show up, so that’s good, but the waiting part was kind of a mess.

The stitching looks okay overall, but for the price I expected the little details to feel more polished. Some parts just seemed a bit rushed. I also wasn’t thrilled with the customer service side of things, when I called to ask about it, I kept getting transferred around instead of getting a straight answer. Not the worst, but definitely not great.
